Main activities:

• Develop a recruiting strategy focused on hiring top talent in niche technology markets

• Administrate a database of candidates and maintain a continual pipeline of hot prospects

• Ensure best recruiting practices are implemented and maintained throughout the whole process. Diverse and inclusive hiring process approach.

• Review and screen applicants to determine if they meet job requirements

• Conduct technical interviews and recommend the most suitable candidates following our internal methodology

• Negotiate and support all candidates to offer a memorable and successful recruitment experience

• Check personal and professional references

What you should bring to the team:

• 3 + years of full-cycle recruitment experience

• Bachelors' degree

• An open mindset and a positive attitude

• Be a technology enthusiast who can pick up new tools quickly

• A data-driven and creative approach to recruiting

• Good level of spoken and written English
