
We are looking for a talented, result oriented Senior IT Recruiter to join our growing team at Greeneon.

Role dimension: Our Senior IT Recruiter will be focused on hiring top technology talent and will have a significant influence and impact over the delivery of quality recruiting services to our customers.
Main activities:
•Develop a recruiting strategy focused on hiring top talent in niche technology markets
•Administrate a database of candidates and maintain a continual pipeline of hot prospects
•Ensure best recruiting practices are implemented and maintained throughout the whole process. Diverse and inclusive hiring process approach.
•Review and screen applicants to determine if they meet job requirements
•Conduct technical interviews and recommend the most suitable candidates following our internal methodology
•Negotiate and support all candidates to offer a memorable and successful recruitment experience
•Check personal and professional references

What you should bring to the team:
•3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
•Bachelors' degree
•An open mindset and a positive attitude
•Be a technology enthusiast who can pick up new tools quickly
•A data-driven and creative approach to recruiting
•Good level of spoken and written English
